Opening

On 6 June 1967 photographs said to show a disc over San Jose de Valderas near Madrid went to the Spanish press. J. J. Benitez and others sat in the later circulation. Sceptics later treated the stills as a model and a string. The date sat inside a wider Spanish wave. No wreck sat in a Madrid lot. The stills are the object. The string is the wound.

Valderas is a Madrid disc that later paper disputed. Keep the wave as weather, not as proof of the stills.

Finding

Stills of a disc over San Jose de Valderas went to the Spanish press on 6 June 1967 and were later read as a model. Believe the prints as prints. A Madrid paper does not invent a suburb for a later string essay.

What still will not resolve: a process test both camps sign, or a second camera from that minute. Either one would pin the disc. The proving object is still that object over Valderas, held as tin or as craft by more than a disputed still.
