AGUADILLA 2013

Opening

On 25 April 2013 a U.S. Customs and Border Protection aircraft recorded infrared of an object that came off the water near Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, crossed a fence line, and went back toward the sea. The tape leaked. Analysts split on a tandem jumper, a bird pack, a balloon, and an object that did not behave like any of those at the waterline. The waterline is the fight. The agency did not put a public close both camps would sign.

Aguadilla is a government infrared reel. That reel is why the night is a file and not a beach rumour.
